CCC Checkout Checklist

Thank you for using the Community Cultural Centre (CCC) for your event! To ensure the space is left in good condition for the next user, please follow the checklist below. After completion, kindly submit the form electronically before leaving. Please:

Water

• Ensure that water taps in bathrooms and kitchen are turned off

Kitchen

• Clean and organize the kitchen area
• Check all appliances; make sure kettles are unplugged
• Wash any used kettles

Bathrooms

• Ensure bathroom floors, toilets and sinks are clean
• Empty bathroom's waste cans
• Report any issues or shortages

Setup

• Roll up carpets
• Fold tables and chairs
• Tidy up everything in the hall and rooms

Hall and Room

• Vacuum the hall and rooms as needed
• Ensure the spaces are tidy and in good condition

Garbage

• Empty all waste bins
• Remove the garbage bags and throw them in the large bins behind the building
• Place new garbage bags in the designated bins (can take new bags from the kitchen)
• Remove the recycle bags and take them with yourself

Audio Visual (if used)

• Return the mics to the office and turn off the mixer/audio system
• Turn off the video projector and return its remote control to the office
• Roll up the projector screen into its designated case

HVAC

• Ensure the two split units in the hall are turned off and their remote controls are put on their base mounted on the walls
• Set the central HVAC switches to Auto and Off, using the thermostat located next to the unit's front entrance door from inside

Lights

• Turn off all lights in the hall, rooms, washrooms, and kitchen

Doors

• Lock the front entrance door of the building from inside if it's after 5 pm or any time on the weekend
• Lock the unit's front entrance door from inside
• Ensure the unit's side entrance door is latched after exiting
• EXIT from the SIDE entrance door
