Arbaeen 2022

Imam Hossein Cultural Centre of Ottawa cordially invites you to a live performance of a piece, commemorating Arbaeen (40 days after martyrdom of Imam Hossein). This live performance presents a variety of arts, all performed by our local artists. The event starts with recitation of Ziyarat Arbaeen and ends with congregational prayer.

Important: As there needs to be pure silence during the live performance, this event is exclusively for ages 12+. There won’t be any special programs for kids at this event. Only as a one-time permission, the playground on the side of the building has been arranged so that kids can play there during the event under supervision of one of their parents at all times. IHCCO takes no liability in babysitting the children. Note that the playground should not be entered at any other times in general.

Time: Saturday, September 17, 2022 – 6 pm to 8 pm

(Doors will be closed at 6:15 pm)

Venue: Community Cultural Centre (CCC), located at Unit 318 of 3025 Albion Rd N, Ottawa, ON K1V 9V9

Please note that:

🔸 The event is open to public. No registration and tickets are required.

🦠 Participants should have no symptoms of illness.

📍 Park your cars in the side parking lots and enter the building using the side entrance door as shown on the attached map.

♿️ Elevator is out of service.
