Birth of Imam Hassan Programs
Dear Parents,
We are delighted to inform you of our upcoming programs in honor of the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan (pbuh). We extend a warm invitation to all children, teenagers, and interested adults to participate in these meaningful initiatives.
Food Drive Campaign
During the blessed days of Ramadan 🪽💫🪽, for the second consecutive year, following your warm reception of this charitable initiative, we invite you, our loyal supporters, to contribute to helping women and children in need at Nisa Homes Ottawa, a non-profit shelter 🏠.
💵 How to Participate: Kindly contribute by sending cash donations to the center’s campaign email address (campaign@imamhossein.ca)
⏰ Deadline for Participation: March 12, 2025, till midnight
🧾 Please complete this form after submitting your contribution to receive a tax receipt for your
donation.
📋 Implementation Process: Upon receiving the donations, children and teenagers (accompanied by their guardians and other interested individuals) will gather at the specified location and time to select items required by Nisa Homes Ottawa. Subsequently, they will get into groups and head out to purchase the chosen items, pack them, and prepare for delivery with mutual assistance. 🛒📦🚚
🔹 When: Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 3:30 pm to 7 pm
Please show up on time to not remain behind.
🔹 Where: Community Cultural Centre (CCC)
First-Time Fasters Iftar
We are grateful to God that, after last year’s successful and memorable experience, we are planning for the second time to organize a special Iftar for children and teenagers, especially for our dear first-time fasters, in a potluck style with the participation of esteemed families.
Families interested in attending this program can enter the iftar items they will bring with themselves in this table.
