Creating Meaning in Life

It is to inform you that the IHCCO will be hosting an online workshop on “Creating Meaning in Life” as follows:

• • Time: Saturday, October 16, 2021, 4-7 pm

• On Zoom 

• Instructor: Ms. Sara Saebi, from the Glasser Institute for Choice Therapy
• Fee: $40

There are times when our involvement in how-to-live takes away the opportunity to actually live and to reflect on what brings meaning to our life, while at the end of the day, what makes us happy is to find our way towards a meaningful life.
