Winter Festival & Birth Celebration of Lady Fatima
We are thrilled to invite you to a heartwarming celebration that blends tradition, culture, and joy! As we approach the enchanting Yalda Night, Nane-Sarma (Granny Frost) and Santa Claus will be visiting Ottawa to share magical moments with our Persian-speaking children. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to connect with the timeless customs and vibrant heritage of their roots.
In addition, we will celebrate the joyous occasion of Lady Fatemeh’s birth and Mother’s Day with a festive gathering filled with happiness and unity. The festival promises something for everyone, including engaging activities for adults, exciting competitions and storytelling by Granny Frost for children, delicious food stalls, and photo opportunities with beloved winter characters.
🔹 Time: Sunday, December 22, 2024 – from 3 pm to 6 pm
🔹 Venue: Community Cultural Centre (CCC), located at Unit 8, 58 Antares Dr, Ottawa, ON K2E 7W6
