COVID Vaccination Poll

Imam Hossein Cultural Centre of Ottawa cordially invites our fellow citizens to participate in this short anonymous poll regarding COVID-19 vaccination. Your answer truly helps us to better plan for restarting our in-person programs. Also, perhaps we could help our community to make their decision with confidence on taking or not taking the vaccines by providing the related resources.

We kindly ask that only one representative from each family takes part in this poll until Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
