Congratulations on Birth Anniversary of Imam Hassan

Imam Hassan Mojtaba (pbuh) is the third Shia Imam, the son of Imam Ali (pbuh) and Lady Fatima (pbuh). He opened his eyes to the world in the third year of Hijra, and in the middle of Ramadan, one of the best months. On this night, the city of Madinah was flooded with lights and the excitement of the arrival of this dear and noble Imam.

Imam Hassan (pbuh) responded to everything and everyone with kindness, an action that inspires us to do the same. A time where that was clear was when, one day, Imam Hassan Mojtaba (pbuh) was eating when a dog came and stood in front of him.  Every piece he ate, he would throw a piece in front of the dog.  A man said: “O son of the Messenger of God!  Let me drive this animal away.”  The Imam said: “No, leave him alone! I am ashamed in front of God that a living creature watches me eat and I do not feed him.”
