🎟️ Admission Fee: $5 (entirely donated to support cultural activities at the center)

This session will offer a brief and practical overview of key financial accounts and tools available in Canada, each designed to serve a specific purpose:

• RRSP – Registered Retirement Savings Plan
  • TFSA – Tax-Free Savings Account
  • RESP – Registered Education Savings Plan (for children’s education)
  • FHSA – First Home Savings Account
  • Mortgage – Home financing options and strategies
  • GIC – Guaranteed Investment Certificate (a low-risk investment with fixed returns)
  • Mutual Funds – Investment funds designed for diversification and long-term growth

Each of these tools comes with its own advantages, limitations, and specific uses. In this session, we’ll introduce their structures and differences in simple terms. The goal is to help participants make more informed financial decisions for the future.
